By creating an account or using ShramSetu you agree to these terms.
1. What ShramSetu does
ShramSetu is a matching platform. We help Worker Finders discover and book Shramik, and help Shramik find work. We are not the employer of any worker and are not a party to the work agreement between a hirer and a worker.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and provide true information.
- Your role (Shramik or Worker Finder) is chosen once and cannot be changed later.
- Keep your phone and one-time passwords private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Wages and fees
- Wages are agreed in the booking and paid directly by the hirer to the worker. Workers keep 100% of their wage.
- Hirers pay a small convenience fee to ShramSetu for each completed booking. The current amount is shown in the app before booking.
- There are no online payments inside the app in this version.
4. Conduct
- Treat each other with respect. Harassment, discrimination, fraud and unsafe work practices are not allowed.
- Use the in-app "Report" option for problems. We may suspend or ban accounts that break these rules.
- Ratings and reviews must be honest and about the actual work.
5. Verification
Verification badges mean that our team reviewed an uploaded document. They are not a guarantee of a person's conduct. Use your own judgement and follow local laws.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ShramSetu is not liable for the work performed, injuries, losses or disputes between users. We will help resolve disputes in good faith through the support team.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. We will notify users in the app about important changes.
